Xanté Debuts iQueue 6.0, the Smart Digital Workflow with Advanced Color Intelligence

Newest version delivers optimized color for Memjet-powered output in new Xanté Excelagraphix 4200; plus full range of tracking and reporting capabilities

21 Feb, 2012 – FESPA, Barcelona – Xanté, a leading provider of professional digital print solutions, unveils new iQueue Color Smart Workflow version 6.0 at FESPA in booth #K101, Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, Barcelona, Spain, 21-24 February, 2012.

iQueue 6 is a pre-production workflow designed specifically for Xanté digital color print systems, with this version especially optimized for the new Memjet-powered Excelagraphix 4200.

Xanté iQueue 6 possesses the most advanced color intelligence available for Memjet-powered output1, and makes it easy to manage multiple projects, make independent CMYK / density adjustments, match critical spot colors; and select the desired feed, media type, resolution, linescreen, and dot shape. Users can also track press consumables, multiple run counts and job cost from a single user workstation.

The Excelagraphix 4200 powered by Memjet

The Excelagraphix 4200 is the first 42” wide commercial solution in the world specifically powered by Memjet wide format color printing components and technologies. The Excelagraphix 4200 prints high impact, full color, large format pieces at unprecedented speeds, on a wide range of substrates, and at a price point that fosters rapid ROI. Xanté anticipates that first commercial shipments will be in June of this year.

Robert Ross, Xanté CEO and founder, says, “Aside from all the color developments, our newest, top performing iQueue technology offers numerous new workflow enhancements and advanced features.” Ross says these include the ability manage multiple digital files, set job priorities, track run counts, monitor consumables, estimate job cost, and increase overall shop production as well as print quality. “We are proud to show it here to this year’s FESPA audience,” he says.

  • Right-On Spot color matching
