The high volume TL-30 Top Load Feeder was designed to make your digital printer or finishing device more productive. It holds up to 500 envelopes and features a top-load design that eliminates delays when reloading envelopes, sheets, postcards and other hard to feed media. The unique floating acceleration table provides easy integration. There’s no wiring, mechanical latching or removal of trays necessary! Simply roll the TL-30 into place, add media and run!

1: HIGH SPEED TOP LOAD FEEDER
The high volume TL-30 Top Load Feeder allows you to keep your digital printer running continuously without delay. It features an adjustable stand, buckle separation, repositional feed belts, PLC Logic and a unique floating acceleration table for simple integration. The TL-30 can also feed other finishing equipment like UV Coaters, Folders and Cutters.
2: OPTIONAL INPUT TRAY
Want more input options? Add an extra Input Tray for up to 530 sheets of additional feed capacity.
3: HIGH CAPACITY FEEDER
Provides 3 additional input trays for up to 1590 sheets of additional feed capacity.
4: C3 DELIVERY CONVEYOR
Free standing delivery conveyor features automatic on / off sensor, 4 belt continuous traction delivery, collection ramp and adjustable stand.
5: OPTIONAL STAND
This optional stand can be used when integrating a TL-30 Top Load Feeder and / or a C3 Delivery Conveyor with a digital printer that does not sit on a High Capacity Feeder.
