Our SmartDie™ feature for Symphony Flexo Workflow delivers complete flexo automation to dramatically increase prepress production and accuracy. Simply tag digital files with a die number to automatically apply the correct steps & repeat, gaps, bearer bars and distortion, instantly and accurately. SmartDie allows you to setup and store custom Flexo Pro Templates to suit an unlimited amount of scenarios. This streamlines your workflow and helps to eliminate human error through the complex stages of postproduction.
SmartDie Database Symphony Flexo Workflow’s unique, resident database allows you to create, import and store die templates to suit a wide variety of work methods and presses. Each die number carries complete Flexo Pro settings that can be edited or switched on the fly. Smart Proofing Solutions Symphony’s four-stage proofing allows you to thoroughly check die templates and file elements before wasting expensive media. They include: Monitor Preview, KoolKolor™ Proofing, RasterView and PDF Preview.
Scan for Colors The Scan for Colors feature provides a visual list of colors as well as the die number present in a specific file. Symphony Flexo Workflow gives you the freedom to combine colors, change colors and/or change a die number instantly. Workflow Symphony Flexo Workflow features an award-winning workflow that can handle PS, EPS and PDF files created on Mac and Windows applications. Symphony Flexo Workflow can drive a wide variety of output devices including inkjet printers and plotters, imagesetters, digital copiers and laser printers. So you know the file you previewed and sent to the proofer is the same one you will send to your imagesetter(s).
