MOBILE, AL – Xante’ today announced the availability of two new configurations for its award-winning En/Press Multimedia Digital Press. Customers may now choose extended paper handling with either two additional adjustable input trays or a single additional high capacity letter/A4 tray. Both configurations can be used along with the Enterprise High Speed Feed System.

Customers who choose the additional two adjustable trays get the convenience of five total input source choices, including the Enterprise High Speed Feed System, on the En/Press. Three of the four input trays are adjustable up to 12.6”x18”. This configuration brings the total cut-sheet capacity of the En/Press to 2,200 sheets. Having multiple trays, each with a capacity of up to 550 sheets, means fewer interruptions to change paper stocks or sizes.

Choosing the single large capacity input tray configuration gives customers an additional 2,000 sheets of letter/A4 media capacity in addition to the standard 550-sheet letter/A4 tray and the 550-sheet adjustable tray included with the En/Press. This configuration makes the En/Press even more of a production workhorse in commercial print operations.

“Thanks to the extremely low cost per print and incredibly high 4800 dpi print quality of the En/Press, our customers have dramatically increased the number of non-envelope jobs they print on our systems,” said Robert Ross, President and CEO of Xante’. “Consequently, they’ve requested more paper handling on the En/Press and these options are our answer. A single En/Press can now deliver complete, uninterrupted runs of up to 3,100 pages of letterhead, manuals, brochures or other cut-sheet jobs as well as printing envelopes. An En/Press digital press in either of these new configurations improves productivity immensely and ensures accurate color matching across all prints. When we call our En/Press a ‘print shop in a box’, we really mean it.”

The Xante’ En/Press Multimedia Digital Press and its high-capacity input tray configurations are available direct from Xante’ and through its global network of dealers.
