MOBILE, AL – Along with the rest of the world, we at Xante’ are aware of the disruptions to global commerce as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Rest assured that our operations are continuing as usual including our partner supply chains and our ability to provide our customers with product, supplies, and spare parts as necessary from Xante’. We are not experiencing nor do we anticipate any shortage of items our customers may need for the efficient use of their Xante’ equipment. There is no need for any customer’s concern at the present time. Xante’s anticipated the potential for supply chain fluctuations caused by COVID-19 and prepared months ago for its impact, thereby eliminating critical supply problems faced by other industry companies.

Our sales representatives and technical staff are working their normal hours to assist our customers in normal operation. We have not placed any restrictions on corporate travel or participation in industry events. However, many events in which we had planned to participate have recently been postponed. While this unfortunately reduces our opportunities to meet print providers in person and to exhibit our latest innovative digital presses, we will redouble our efforts to communicate with our existing and potential customers through telephone, online, and other traditional channels.

We understand, as well, that clients of all print providers are facing potential business interruption and Xante’ is ready to assist our customers and partners as normal. Look for announcements about exciting new products soon that will enable print providers to increase the value they deliver to their customers.
