Xante and Kelly Paper Host Successful Series of Open Houses in Western States

Next up: March 5-6, Las Vegas

February 22, 2008 – Mobile, AL – Xante Corp. and its California-based reseller, Kelly Paper, continue to host a series of successful “Open Houses – Demo Days” at Kelly Paper’s corporate and retail locations across five Western states.

On January 24-25, 2008, Kelly Paper hosted demonstrations of the Xante PlateMaker 5 Total Prepress System and the Xante Ilumina Digital Color Press at the Kelly Paper Technology Center in City of Industry, CA. This was followed by a similar Open House at a Kelly Paper retail location in Phoenix, AZ on February 6-7. Kelly Paper had also hosted an Open House at its San Diego, CA retail store in December 2007.

The next Open House on the schedule is: March 5-6, 2008 at Kelly Paper in Las Vegas, NV.

“These Open Houses, where we’ve had attendees confirm half hour system demonstrations in advance, have proven to be an excellent way for us to showcase the latest Xante products to our customers – a family of solutions that is hard to beat for quality, price, and customer service,” says Kelly Paper’s Sales Manager, Ulises Grajales. “Our customers, primarily small commercial printers, recognize our interest in supporting them for more than just their paper needs; and they appreciate our effort to introduce them to the newest CTP and digital color printing solutions from Xante.”

Adds Xante Senior VP of Worldwide Sales Scott Reese, “Kelly Paper was first a RIPit reseller and we are pleased that since our merger, they continue to work even more closely with us to introduce their customers to our CTP and digital printing solutions. The company sets itself apart by providing superior products and personal service, making it much more than a paper supplier. We are pleased to partner with an organization that truly understands its customers and is actively involved in ensuring their success.”

About Kelly Paper

Kelly Paper began as a traditional paper merchant. Being responsive to customers needs, they recognized the need for better availability of smaller quantities of products for the printing community. This resulted in the first paper and graphics store being opened in downtown Los Angeles, in 1952. Over the next thirty years, Kelly Paper expanded to nine locations, and a slew of similar operations sprang up all over the country.

In 1986 the Kelly Family sold the company to private investors who, seeing significant opportunities with small to midsize printers, began an aggressive expansion that included additional stores, expanded services and a broader product offering. Combine that with a shift in philosophy from self-help to an all-out customer service focus, and you have a company that has built a reputation for being a solid business partner rather than just a supplier.

Kelly Paper now services 5 states from 50 store locations and 3 distribution centers. The company represents most of the top mills in the country. For more information about Kelly Paper visit: http://www.kellypaper.com; or contact: (800) 67 KELLY [675-3559].
