Xanté will be showing live demonstrations of its most popular, award-winning technology at GOA 2013, including:

The award-winning Xanté Excelagraphix 4200 Inkjet Print System featuring revolutionary Memjet Waterfall Printhead Technology™ that delivers more than 3 billion drops of ink per second, for print speeds up to 8 times faster than traditional inkjet technology. Professionals can print over-sized architectural / engineering documents, maps, indoor signage, P-O-P displays, packaging, folding cartons, corrugated boxes, newspapers, and more, all on-demand. The adjustable media path allows users to print on a wide variety of media (including extremely thick foam board and corrugated cardboard) and sheet sizes (from 8.27" x 8.27" up to 42" x 50′). Operators can personalize individual pieces as printing continues, running variable data at full speed.

The Xanté Excelagraphix L850 Digital Narrow Web Press is the affordable, narrow web / label solution that allows customers to go digital and meet the demand for fast full color labels, tags, decals, tickets and much more. This complete digital inkjet print system features the revolutionary Memjet Printhead Technology™ that delivers high print speeds while increasing overall shop production and profits. It also features an easy-to-use interface with 7" color LCD touchscreen display, an aerosol extraction system and automatic feed / cut, print speed of 30.5 cm/sec, and support for roll to roll, roll cut, cut sheet and fanfold.

Xanté Ilumina 650 GS series – the Ilumina 650 GS and Ilumina 650 Digital Production Press – are heavy stock digital color print systems that generate full color sheets, cards, envelopes, brochures, banners and more. These systems print traditional and variable data-based jobs on a wide variety of media, from text weights through to extremely heavy card stocks up to 32 pt (650 gsm), two dimensional textured stocks, metallics and label stocks, and oversized sheets to 13”x47” long. The Ilumina 650 GS series is driven by the iQueue workflow, which automates color and project management.

Xanté Impressia Digital Multi-Media Print Systems make the move to digital affordable, and meets the demand for fast full color letterhead, cards, envelopes, forms, brochures, mailers, labels, banners and more. Impressia offers the lowest cost per print, highest speed – at up to 80 envelopes/min., highest resolution (up to 2400), and unmatched spot color matching.

The complete turn-key solutions allows for printing on a wider variety of media and sheets sizes, so more work can be produced in-house, and on-demand. The system is driven by the iQueue Prepress Workflow, allowing it to manage complex digital files, make critical color adjustments, apply screening and imposition, and much more.

Xanté’s PlateMaker 6 total prepress system images paper proofs, film, and polyester plates; yielding exact halftones, accurate registration, sharp images, crisp film, and clean plates better than before. This chemical- and process-free system gives users the ability to go from proofs to approval, and directly to plate or film, using a single device. Z7 technology delivers a clean plate with sharp images and accurate registration. Xanté unique Z-Dot™ screening allows the PlateMaker 6 to print Myriad 2 polyester plates with the cleanest screens possible in an electrophotographic process. Xanté’s patented Accurate Calibration Technology gives users precise control over horizontal and vertical dimensions on page images, insuring unmatched output accuracy.

iQueue 7 Ultimate is the new, multi-user workflow designed for professional digital printing systems. iQueue possesses the most advanced color intelligence available for all Xanté products, making it easy to manage multiple projects, make independent CMYK / density adjustments, match critical spot colors; and select the desired feed, media type, resolution, linescreen, and dot shape. Users can also track press consumables, multiple run counts, and job costs from any user workstation.
