Eligibility and Limitations

This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are age 18 or older. Employees, officers and directors of sponsor, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, their advertising agencies, and any other entities involved in the sweepstakes are not eligible to win. Immediate family members of such persons, including spouses, siblings, parents, and children, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related are also excluded from eligibility.

Winner Notification and Confirmation

Potential winner will be notified via social media message within three business days of the drawing. If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or to have violated these rules in any way, as determined in the sole discretion of Xanté Corporation, that potential winner will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from among remaining eligible entries, as applicable. Returned and unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

You may subsequently opt out of receipt of those communications at any time by following the directions in the e-mail or in the privacy policy. Your opt-out status will not affect your participation or chances of winning in this sweepstakes.
