Small Air Bubbles

Missing jets that gets wider down the page, but no wider than 1cm. The width of the streak tends to fluctuate. (Air Bubbles)

Follow the below steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Run a Medium Clean on the affected print head via “Maintenance” in iQueue, then print
  2. Run a Heavy Clean on the affected print head via “Maintenance” in iQueue, then print
  3. Swap the print head with another to see if the issue follows the head - If it does, replace the print head
  4. If issue still exists in the head position, run "Wiper Roller Watering Procedure", then print
  5. If issue still exists in the head position, inspect Service Station or Print Head Cradle for damage

Large Air Bubbles

Follow the below steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Run a Medium Clean on the affected print head via “Maintenance” in iQueue, then print
  2. Run a Heavy Clean on the affected print head via “Maintenance” in iQueue, then print
  3. Swap the print head with another to see if the issue follows the head - If it does, replace the print head
  4. If issue still exists in the head position, run "Wiper Roller Watering Procedure", then print
  5. If issue still exists in the head position, inspect Service Station or Print Head Cradle for damage
